I used this gasket when I built a 11:1CR D16A6 non-VTEC. It's also the same gasket as the 92-95, but can be purchased cheaper. The 92-95 P08 version lists for $63.00, while the P2J lists at $33.00 - $30.00 price difference, but same gasket.
Go figure.

If you're using a non-VTEC block with a VTEC head you will need to remove the oil restrictor orifice from the block - it's a little shiny aluminum piece that's pressed into the block in between the number 2 and 3 cylinders, and it can be removed wih a small slide hammer. It is removed from the deck surface by pulling upward on it.
