No it isn't. All 1992s were, and 93-95 VX, Si, and EX were also.

What kind of engine are you putting in, and what engine harness are you going to be using?

no its not you will need to wire vtec and depending on what ecu you will also need to wire knock sensor. and one more thing i just cant remember what it is. but thats all assuming you are putting a dohc motor in but if your putting a sohc motor you wont need to wire knock sensor
