Code 0 problem

Code 0 problem
94 civic
obd1 gsr block, type r head
spoon chipped ecu
ok so heres the problem, car starts and idles fine but it is in limp mode. CEL is staying on when we check for codes, so im guessing its a code 0 which ive been told that is ecu problems, checked it with my computer out of my car had the same problem, Changed out the main relays with the one out of my car, check the wires for slips or broken and am out of things to do help me out here want to get this car on the road.

sorry double posted on accident, any info would be helpful and talked to some other buddies and they said something about pcm, never dealt with it anybody know?
