idle setting jumper(to be or not to be)
I have searched and seen opinions go about 50/50 that jumpering the connector on the passenger side makes a difference when setting idle speed
what do you guys currently feel, and does anyone have a definitive description of what it will/wont do if not jumpered?
also I am using the USDM crank pulley on my JDM D15B(NOT vtec)
do the timming marks match or should I "interpret" them?

To set the base idle, you unplug the IACV on a warm engine and adjust the bypass screw to achieve the specified base idle. To set timing, the test connector has to be jumpered.
ok sorry for mixing the question,
thanks for the answer on the idle setting
