The install went down in Xenocron's garage on sunday, with the homemadeturbo.com NE crew spoonfeeding me my first turbo.

Chip for my ECU 23$
Hotsex Manifold/DP 360$ paid
Xenocron styles 2.5inch exhaust 300$ paid
Manual Boost Controller 15$
Saab FMIC 50$
NGK BKRE7's or whatever, the ones all the cool kids are using. 35$
XTD Stage 3 Clutch kit 150$

I did'nt ask for it. The HMT boys do what they like, or nothing at all .
80% of those welds are Jordan (mahcivic), 19% are Tim, 1% are hotrex (cc-fab).

That's a ridiculous amount of IC piping, that Saab intercooler seems like a mistake. Otherwise HMT NE

The FMIC cost me 50$ shipped, so I went with it. Originally the turbo was supposed to be spun around = much better charge piping scenario, but I am a expletive tard and that did not happen. Nevertheless.

Now that this thread is cleaned up the good times can continue.

+1 for HMT setup! Always fun to see how a hodge-podge of parts can work together and produce some maddening amount of power.

Everyone who did the welding worked for next to nothing + pizza. I'm happy.
Hotrex had to leave early, his girlfriend won't let him sleep on the couch no mo.
