Default broken tps sensor

I have a cracked tps sensor on my throttle body. is there anyway I can temporarily do a quick fix so that my car will work good?

quick fix if u have another honda throttle body lying around. make sure the throttle wire pulley spins the same way. dremel cut slots centered in the middle of the TPS rivets (careful not to cut to deep). loosen with flathead screwdriver and replace TPS.

thats not a quick fix, that is fixing it....I thought he was just wanting a jumper wire or something......the car will not run right without a tps

Either swap TB's with another one or replace the TPS sensor. Then check the resistance at no throttle then again at WOT (wide open throttle). I may be wrong but I think it's .5 ohms at closed throttle and 4.5 ohms at WOT. Does that sound right??

your close.... its .5 volts closed and 4.5 volts wot
