Be careful not to let the thermostat connector go down the disposal! That black line on the side of the evap case is freaking me out a little - hope it is not a crack!

I opened the case, pulled the styrofoam insulation and rinsed/wiped the old funk and dust off every surface I could. Nice to start fresh!

Make sure Styrofoam is placed properly and get the evap heat exchanger oriented to go in correctly.

Place the evaporator in the plastic case. You can see the aluminum tube sitting on top of the seal. I started with the seal flush with the opening for filter frame on the case. As best as I could tell, that would allow for a nice, full wrap around the frame.

Yes, better access! There is a 10mm up to the front of the reservoir, and another up on the neck - very difficult to get to.
