Big wind storms last night and a dead branch from God knows where managed to knock off my mirror trim. It popped back on after some fiddling. A few light scratches.

Had to do a lot of filing and it's still not even. Should seal fine, I'll use a little gasket maker along with the paper gasket.

View from the front. There's one area with a slight gap, I cut the circle with a sawzall so it was kind of hectic. If I had it to do over (I actually intended to do this but got distracted with work and life garbage so forgot. I would have cut the top and bottom long so I could make triangle bend at the top and bottom, so those wings would meet up with the bend at the end. Might just cut out a thin rectangle, cut that diagonally then use those as stand offs.

Drilled a bunch of the tiny mounting holes, used a bunch of little nuts bolts and washers to clamp the shroud to the fan. Used red locktite on the bolts.

Clamped these rails together, torched them till they melted the plastic on the seam. Made for a nice round over.
