can you get 15" 4x100 gold slipstreams? shipped to 92407? do they still come with the free lug nuts? if so what color are they? thanks

I am in need of a single rota circuit 8. I'd be sanding and painting it anyway so a discounted blemished wheel would be perfect. Would need to be 16x7, with the dual pattern 4x100 & 4x114. Lmk if you have anything. Thanks
