nope that would be your damping level
look at the 2nd to last picture on the first post. those things on the bottom that look like "gears" adj your height.

i got some of these coilovers and just want to make sure on something...
when adjusting the dampening, do you simply turn the **** on top?
or do you have to loosen the nut underneath it first?
it may just be me, but the **** seems damned hard to turn!

They are a little different than other systems, but yes, you just turn the **** on top after you install it.

Send pms....
You guys know the DC2 comes with 15/9, right? You only need to get one pair of springs then...

Hey Heeltoe,
I'm looking for a set of coilovers for my 2001 ITR. I don't know much about spring rates, but Im just looking for a set that I can lower the car on my new 17 inch TE37s. The ride on the stock system is a bit soft for me, so I would rely on you on what you would recommend as a set up for me. My car is modded by NA. Please let me know price and your recommended set up. Thanks. Everyone seems to be recommending your product so I'm going with with the H-T boys.

I think D2 is a great coilover with lots of features for the money. It is a good entry leve high performance suspension As far as rates go, don't change them. Not right away. The new fad is to change around springs all over the place, and I think it is silly. Many of these people are not experienced or educated enough to swap around.
My advise....if you need help changing rates, don't change them. Get the system. See what you thing...change later if you feel the need. Otherwise you are worrying about something that you don't need to!

Bump for Marcus, an honest man who is willing to answer questions; even for a Noob.
Just installed a set of D2, eventhough some are saying these are pieces of ****. They are awesome and a killer deal. Couldn't be happier.
SOCAL noobs come here. Marcus will hook u up with prices and will match everything.
Ton.

We put a set on a DC2 and we were tucking tire with at least another inch more lowering available! Of course, we could have gone 1.5-2" up from there too....(this is all without touching the spring pearch).
These will meet your lowering needs! And they ride VERY VERY NICE!
