I had a blowout and got new tires. The rims turned out to be bent, so my 2dr 99 Civic EX shakes a bit when driving.

I purchased the standard tires they give you for 14 inch stock wheels.

If I buy some aftermarket wheels, for example.. Size: 6x14", Offset: 38, Bolt Pattern: 4x100, would this fit the tires I have already?

Look on the side of the tires. There should be some numbers much like the following:

185/65/14

Then, you should have no issue fitting them on the wheels.
