Wheels and offsets help
Ok, so I found a couple sets of wheels I like and are in a pretty decent price range.
all 5x114.5
staggered:
16x7 +35 (f) / +45
16x8 +35 (r) / +50
_____________
16x7 +33 (all 4)
16x7.5 +33 (all 4)
16x7.5 +45 (all 4)
Which ever I decide, they'd be going on my white EK (5lug). Problem is, I don't know which would fit with out having too many problems. Actually like the idea of having a fat rear wheel (who cares if it's fwd) and lip, I just like the stance. I don't think the TE37s would have problems fitting, it's just the others.
Any ideas?

first of all, i edited the names out of your thread because that will just confuse and cloud the choices people might suggest for you..

the 7.5 +45 offset would work fine using 215/45
the 7.5 +33 offset would work fine using 215/45 and rolling your fenders or having a lot of negative camber
the 16x8 (+35)/(+50) might work w/ 215/45 but will seem a bit stretched looking and you may also need rolled fenders and/or negative camber if you planning to ride moderately lower. but if you roll this setup i suggest the lower offset front due to clearance issues you may have rolling the 8j(+35 rear)
16x7 (+35)/(+45) will work fine with 205/45-16 with some camber up front and normally in the back . do the 45 rear and 35 front though.
16x7 +33 should work fine 205/45-16 moderately lowered with some caber corrections all around.. if they rub hard then thye may call for a slight roll of your fenders out back.
If it were me picking I would choose the wheel that will have less trouble fitting my car and the wheel that I think will look the best and fit my budget.

First off, thanks for your input. All the wheels are within my budget, and all of them would look GREAT on my car. If I had enough $$ for all 4 sets, I'd go for it.
So you think that 16x8 +50 should work on the rear? However, the +35 offset wheel has a deeper lip hence the offset. Some think it's crazy, but I like it. I've seen a few cars on here like that. I have adjustable upper control arms in the rear, so changing the camber wouldn't be a problem. I think I may have confused you with the staggered setup though. Here's the setup.
set 1) front 16x7 +35
rear 16x8 +35
set 2) front 16x7 +45
rear 16x8 +50

^ on that setup you may need to camber the front if you chose the 215/45 and/or roll the fenders....
the front should fit well w/ some camber and/or height adjustment using 205/45 but since the rear rim is 8j it may give you some clearance issues and seem a bit stretched esp if you chose a 205 and plus 205 is prolly not safe to daily on an 8j in the long run...
all together i would prolly steer away from the staggered setups unless you were actually using them for the track where as you would prolly use the wider rim up front.
the 8j would definitely need 215 to avoid stretching, but again, that also means maybe raising the rear a bit, camber adjustments, and even rolling the fenders. uh.. crap. Those were my favorite ones too!
^staggered wider wheels up front for autocrossing? there's a thought. I've seen them for road tracks though.

well i mean sometimes people get certain wheels in different offsets ONLY back and front just to create some type of staggered LOOK like a bigger lip in the back of the car or even that concaved face LOOK..
but most of the time FF cars only seem to run a wider wheel and/or lower offset up front for more GRIP(function) on the track or road course, like you mentioned, but then, of course, a nice grippy tire would have to be tied into the mix as well.

Yup, I understood the wider tire pad up front for more grip for tracking purposes.
I guess the 16x7.5 +45 would have a better fit and clearance for NSX calipers.
I'll post another if and when I get the wheels.
Thanks for the input.
