Default offset on wheels?

I have been thinking about get some 5 zigen FNO1rc, but I can't decide if i should get 17x7 with 42 offset or the 16x7 with offset of 33? Anyone here have 16's with 33 offset on their car? it's driving me crazy. I just don't want to get the wheels.. and regret it later lol.

You might want to mention what ride height you're going for. At stock height, you won't have a problem with either wheel option.

Well, my ride is currently sitting on ksport with gt3' 16's with 205/40 tires, and my tire gap is about a finger. The only thing is i dont know what the offset is on the gt3. I think i'm going with the 16x7 with 33 offset with 205/45 tires.. the reason being is because... 17x7 i only seen offset of 42...

35 offset on a 16x7 rim. it'll work fine on a stock suspension and an aftermarket one, if you camber it out enough and roll your fenders.

I am rocking some 17x7.5's with a +45 offset, lowered suspension and no problems at all.

You could run a 16x7 +20, but you're not going to get much in the way of tire options. 205 is about as wide as you want to go, before rubbing will be commonplace. And with that treadwidth, you're looking at a 50-series sidewall.

Actually, you're not that much lower than he is. He has a much taller wheel/tire combination, compared to your undersized setup.

You're going to need slight camber, but your car's natural camber should accommodate for the necessary space needed.
