I think it's when you mess with the camber so that your wheels are tucked inside your fenders and don't rub. I think it is nothing more than negative camber. I really am not sure though. Maybe it's just lowering it a lot.

That's pretty much it, he probably needs to ask in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum if he wants to get a useful answer.

What is it exactly that you are trying to accomplish?

I'm not into wheel tucks, but I know some people who are, so I'll take a stab at it.

You'll want a camber adjustment kit, as much adjustability as possible, plus you'll be dropping it pretty low, so some type of upper shock mount extender to keep the shocks from bottoming out, something like this:

You'll also want some coilover sleeves with pretty stiff springs, you don't want a lot of suspension play if you're dropped that low. Because the springs are so stiff, you'll want some good stiff shocks so it doesn't get bouncy.

Roll the fenders, either rent the tool or use a baseball bat, using touch up paint on the inside if you get any paint cracks (just so it won't rust, nobody will see that part). Remove your fender liners or your tires will rip them out if you hit a bump. Then drop it, give it enough negative camber to clear the fender, even when turning, and when it's all done set your toe to 0 or it will eat tires.

I'm probably missing something in there, but I think that's the general idea.

With so much negative camber, it sounds like the tires would wear more on the inside edge of the tread... no?

I am pretty sure it's a "for looks only" thing.

They do, but it's actually not too bad if the toe is set to 0. Too much negative camber also makes the car a bit "twitchy" (not sure how to describe it technically, but that's how it feels when driving it) in a straight line at highway speeds, maybe because it is riding on the inside edge of the tires. It does feel really good cornering with some serious negative camber though.

My Civic was dropped really low by the prior owner when I first got it, so I got to feel the joy of drastically altered suspension geometry until I got some new suspension on it. I probably don't look as cool any more, but I'm too old to be cool anyway.
