Default Wheel alignment and balancing

After dropping my car on Neuspeed Sports I never had the car aligned, I was waiting on the tires and wheels.

So finally getting some wheels, and Azenis on.

Does any local tire shop (just tires, ntb) do alignment on lowered cars?
Also, would they be able to put the wheel weights on the inside of the wheel if I asked them to?

Anyone has any experience?

EDIT; title spelling ownz me.

yeah they'll be able to adjust toe on it, but if you have a camber kit and you want them to adjust it and reputable shop will do it for a little more money
