Default what tire size

im getting 15" wheels and to keep the oem wheel/tire diameter what size tires will i need to not lose any speedometer accuracy?

The 195/55/15 size is the best size to use. You can also use 205/50/15.

185/65-14 (stock)
195/55-15 -0.1 percent
205/50-15 -1.7 percent

You can use tire calculators like this one to do these calculations...

Ok so the 195/55/15 will keep me as close to stock overall diameter as possible?? looks to me like -10% change but i dont know much about wheel/tire theory.

On the Miata tire size calculator, if you enter 185/65-14 (your stock size) and 195/55-15 in the top section of the web page, it says "Speedometer reading with non-stock tire is 0.1% too fast". In the bottom section of the web page, if you enter 185/65-14 as your stock size and 195/55-15 as the tires to compare and click "calculate tire size", it shows the difference as -0.1 percent.

That's one tenth of one percent, not 10 percent.
