Tire size question... ***************************
What is the best tire size for 15 x 6.5 in. wheels, using yokohama AVS ES100's. It would help to get your opinion on size and why, also, any pictures of these tires on the size wheels I specified would be great, thanks.

I don't want to rub when I am pretty low and I don't want the speedo to be useless either. Would you still recommend those sizes?

I have a substantial drop (at least 2.25 in the front) on my 98 coupe and Im runnin 15x7's with a 205-50-15 tire. Speedo hasnt changed at all, which was weird I thought. Anyway...... either size should work.

What should I search for? I tried everything, thanks for telling me though, it really didn't help. So which will have less chance of rubbing? 195/50 or 205/50? I just have to make sure I order the right ones tonight.

get some 205/50/15 TRUST ME THEY WILL NOT RUB! take it from me i work at discount tire co. i have some 15x7 te37's w/ 205/50/15 nitto n1 blacks ( sick *** tires ). i also am riding on type-flex coilovers and had it drop almost 3" then it began to rub. my bro's eg has si wheels (15x6.5) with 205/50/15 es100's with some skunk2 lowering springs DOESNT RUB!
205 / 50 / 15
how wide the tire is thick the tire is rim size
from 195 to 205 is about 1/2 inch different : because if you get 195 it would have to be 195/55/15 and 205/50/15 just looks awhole lot better!
