got a 2000 si coupe,looking at TR motorsports C1 wheel,16X7 or 15X7

just curious how little positive offset can i get away with without
rolling the lips on the fenders and quarters

I have a 98 civic hatch with 16X7 and 37 offset, my car is completely dumped and just rubbed a little bit. I doubt your car is as low as mine so you should be fine up to about that same offset, not much lower though most likely

 

what offsets do they offer?

anywhere from +37 to +45 should fit okay as long as you use the proper tire size and you arent dumped way too low.
