Depending on the year/model Accord you have, it's tough to help you with the tire sizes. As for the wheels, they're your standard budget wheel manufacturer, much like Motegi, Drag, or Rota. They're not deadly wheels, but they're definitely not a high-end wheel manufacturer.

Considering they're made with similar quality standards and the same manufacturing process as Rota's, they're prone to the same damages.

Anywheel regardless if its cast, steel or forged are prone to the same damages. Most stock rims are the same quality as like a Rota or any of these cast wheels. They have standards they have to follow as far as manufacturing quality. Its not like a wheel will disintegrate if it hits a small bump.
Cast wheel is a cast wheel. Just because you have a Japanese brand cast wheel vs some knock off doesnt mean its any better of a wheel against a pothole. LOL.
