What is Titanium?
Titanium is a natural element which has a silver-greyish-white color.

Is the rim actually made from titanium, or is it just the color code that rota gave to that color?

Rota wheel made out of titanium, one of the lightest most expensive metals, haha. Good joke.

Its actually very rare super light weight titanium, so it makes these rotas very rare

Titanium is one of the worst metals to work with. It's a bitch to refine. You can't pour it easily, can't forge it easily, can't machine it easily. It is possible to make a titanium rim but I just don't see to many people buying it as it would be very expensive. Also I don't remember titanium dealing with fatigue very well either, I think stress cracks form pretty easily with that metal. Formual 1 teams have the same problem with their magnisium alloyed wheels.

On the plus side my watch is titanium, I like it.

The color is called "Titanium Chrome." The wheels are still aluminum. As shown in that picture above, it doesn't look like normal chrome.

We've had this color in stock in Subzeros and Group-A's, and we currently have the newest color (Titanium Gold Chrome) in our JMAG's.
