tires
No, Falken doesn't sell either of its crappy Ziex all-season tires for wheels smaller than 15". And I don't understand why anyone in Florida needs all-season tires, unless you drive up north through snow in the winter. If you never drive in snow, summer tires will ALWAYS give you MUCH better performance than all-season tires.
Some people mistakenly think that all-season tires are needed for rain, but that's not true. In moderate to warm temperatures, even in pouring rain, summer tires give more grip than all-season tires.
If you have a CRX or del sol or older (pre-'96) Civic, the 14" size you need is 185/60-14. The best summer tires for your car in that size are the Yokohama ES100. As long as you don't have snow or frigid cold, the ES100 will grip MUCH better than any all-season tire.

Actually, the R-S2 is very expensive. Not because of purchase price, but because of treadlife; they only last 15K miles or so, about half as long as the ES100 will last. So you'll have to buy two sets of R-S2 during the time you would be using up one set of ES100. (It's even worse with the Azenis, at 10-12K miles, for which you would buy three sets.)
If you're concerned about saving money, get the ES100. (There are additional options with larger wheel sizes, but you don't have a lot of choices in 14" sizes.)

The T1-R in 195/55-14 is about the same price as the ES100 in 185/60-14. Either one is fine.

The Toyo T1-R is pretty good, about the same as the Yokohama ES100, maybe even a little better. Either one should last 25-40K miles, but you know what they say, YMMV.
