Car makes around 400whp. Right now I'm running 215/45/17 Kumho Ecsta ASX tires on 17x8.25 wheels. They are decent tires but due to many "rolling burnouts" from second gear punches and aggressive backroad driving they need replacing with only about 13k miles on them.

The car is my daily driver and sees quite a bit of abuse along with the usual commutes. I need basically the best all-season tires I can get for around $400 a set. Any suggestions? I'm currently looking at some NeoGens as I've owned a set before and they did pretty well considering they were on 15" wheels. The only thing that puts me off is that the tread life is kinda crappy. Also probably looking to step up to a 225 or 235 for a larger contact patch.

You can consider Hankook Ventus S1 noble 2.... in your price range there won't be a dramatic change over what you have with the Kumho or anything else all season
