Tire question!!!
Look up the specs for the tire, either on the manufacturer's website, or on the website of a retailer like the Tire Rack. You'll see a range of approved rim widths for each size tire.
Most tires that size are approved for widths of 6.0-8.0 inches, so 16x7 is perfect, but you should look up the specific tire to be sure.
