Default Strange Wheel Problem

I fitted a set of Advan 16" wheels and brand new Toyo T1R (205/45/16) tyres last week. The wheels are not new but were all dead straight and had no buckles/bends in them. From the minute i got them fitted i noticed the car pulling to the left ever so slightly and immediately thought alignment. So yesterday i left the car in for laser tracking/alignment and the guy told me that the alignment was spot on and it needed no adjusting front or rear. I explained the problem and so he double checked tyre pressures and they were all spot on. He suggested swapping a rear tyre on to the front which i did this evening...same thing happens!!! All four wheels were balanced perfectly when i had them fitted last week. So after much head scratching and rechecking tyre pressures, i decided to put back on the front two 17" advans i had on before, took the car for a drive and it drives 100%!!!!!!! I then increased the tyre pressure on the 16s to 32psi in both and used an electronic gauge to make sure both were identical, stuck them back on and the damn thing is pulling to the left again! I have absolutely no idea what the hell is going on...nor has anyone else i asked about it. It makes absolutely no sense. Tomorrow i think i'll get them to swap tyres about and put the wheel that was on the rear drivers side onto the front passenger side and vice versa and see if that makes any difference. Any suggestion ideas are gratefully welcome as this is peeving me off big time, to the point where i'm about to put my 17s back on again...not that it makes any differnce but the car is a 96spec ITR.
