Default Steering vibrations

I have a 1996 Honda Accord 2.2l Ex Coupe with a Manual Transmission. The engine is rebuilt and running fine. Transmission and body has over 200,000 miles.

I have been having some vibrations while driving between 60-70mph. So I went in to get an alignment the guy told me to change my upper ball joint and inner tie rod on the driverside before he could align the car.
So I changed BOTH inner and outer Tierods upper ball joints. Didnt solve steering shake so I changed both CV Shafts one had a busted boot and the other was clicking. I bought and balanced and placed new tires on the front. With no noticeable improvements to shake.
I have swapped rims around to see if there was a bent rim but didnt find anything helped any ideas...?

A bent wheel would be noticed during a proper tire balance. Check to see if your wheel bearing(s) have play in them and if your suspension has any warn bushings in it (control arm bushings, more specifically).

I have noticed the same thing in my 94 Accord. And this is with numerous rims, tires, suspension parts. Some people seem to think that the quality of the axles makes a lot of difference. And that either Honda OEM or Raxles will solve the problem. I haven't tried them yet.

Are you running spacers. Please get hub centric rings too. Those will most likely solve your issues.

Its best if a wheel is located using the lug seats, not the hub bore. That's just used to get the wheel close in the first place.

Lift the car and see if you can wiggle the wheel. Side to side or top to bottom, if so your wheel bearing could definitely be bad.

I wouldn't think it would be your wheel bearing but could be. Wheel bearings cause more of a humming than an outright shake and vibration IME.

How do the 2 upper control arm bushings look? (not the ball joint)
