Default Quality Wheels?

I'm looking into buying a set of Enkei RS-5's for my Civic but I was trying to get a little bit cheaper if at all possible.

Although, I don't want to risk price for some crappy rims that will shatter.

I heard Enkei is a good brand for the money... but what I'm wondering is... which manufacturers should I steer clear of?

Kobe?
Tenzo?

IMO a good rule to determine whether it's a good brand or not is to check the wheel's weight. If it is heavy like 20+ lbs for a 15 inch rim, then you know it's garbage and will only hurt the performance in everyway.
I think sportsmax, tenzo, etc brands - these make pretty heavy rims so I would choose something lighter instead.
