Default offset?

im confused about this whole wheet offset thing. i have a 88 crx dx and im looking to buy some 16" rota wheels but i dont know what offset to look for or hub bore? this is the site im looking at if it helps http://www.jlbmotorsports.com/rims/rota-list.html which wheels will work for my car. i searched but just found a load of FS threads.

The offset should be 35-42 mm and the center bore is 56 mm.
