Need Option
With most brands, it depends on the particular tire, not just the brand. Dunlop makes some excellent tires (like the supersticky Sport Z1 Star Spec), some okay tires (like the SP Sport Maxx and Direzza DZ101), and some crappy tires (like the SP9000).

Sure you can; that tire is an okay tire but it's really overpriced. You can get tires with similar performance for half the price (e.g. Kumho SPT, Fuzion ZRi) and you can get tires for the same price with much MUCH better performance (e.g. Goodyear F1 GS-D3).
