i wanted to know what would be a better option for my tire size and wheel width. I wanna go with either 15x7.5 +32 all around or 16x7.5 +32 all around. I want to sit as flush with the fenders without any worry or need for modification (like rolling fenders or spacers). And then i need help determining tire size. I dont want to rub on turns or bumps (and i live in a city filled with potholes). I have no knowledge of offsets or tires so any help will be appreciated. Pics and wheel specs would help
oh and you guys can help me determine if widths are possible or not. thanks in advance!

15x7.5 is TOO WIDE for an Integra. As I already told you via IM:

he is right.
without rolling your fenders or major negative camber then the only way you can squeeze that offset/width on your car without rubbing is by using the wrong sized tire or is to keep your car stock height
if it were a higher offset like +45 and you just had to have wider rims, i would say do it w/ 205/50-15(slightly stretched) or 205/45-16(slightly stretched) or 215/45-16

thanks. also does anyone know how efficient your tires are after you stretch them. I live in a city with potholes and snowfall so i dont want to have a crappy ride just to have my wheels and fenders flush.

If you mount tires on a wheel that is too wide for them, the heck with efficiency - IT'S UNSAFE. Don't do it.

Then get 15x6 or 15x6.5 wheels, and get some Kumho ASX all-season tires in 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. That's about the best you can do if you're stuck using the same tires in snow as in warm weather. (You can get better performance if you save your old wheels and get some winter tires for them, and get some summer tires for your new wheels.)

yep..ask him.. i think he did. rolling dumped on 16" even w/ the proper sized tire can still cause rubbage.

16x7 is a good size what are you reconsidering? just get 40-45 like i mentioned before... you can get away w/ lower offset such as 35-38 but expect to rub if you are dumped
i mean you can go w/ 15x6.5 or 15x7 will be fine also.

What sucks is that i don't think 15x6.5 Meisters look nice. i think 16's would look better. i have 15's now and i want bigger and i plan on dropping more after winter.

If you use the same tires during the winter as the rest of the year, then you'll need an all-season tire; get the Kumho ASX in 205/45-16. $74/tire at the Tire Rack.
If you have other tires or another vehicle to use in the winter, then you can get better performance the rest of the year with a summer tire; get the Kumho SPT in 205/45-16. $79.50/tire at Tires-easy.com
