Went from 16's to 15's back to stock 16's on the same alignment, Do I need another?

Yeah, I don't disagree. IOW - there's nothing about changing wheels and tires that means you have to re-align the car (unlike, say, suspension swaps). OTOH if you haven't had an alignment in a while, or if you have reason to believe your alignment might be off (e.g. the car pulls to one side, or the tire wear is uneven), this would be a good time to get one, so you can "start fresh" with the new wheels/tires and any tire wear issues should not be alignment-related. Hope that makes sense.
