brown stuff all around
what is this brown stuff all around the right side of my car's tires? I dont drive on dirt, but it seems like sections of brown. how do i get rid of it?

it sounds like also that the tires may be browning due to being dried up...a nice scrub down w/ mild soap and a nice batch of armor all or equivalent should wrap that up
