There are some performance all-season tires in 195/60-15 and 205/60-15, and some performance summer tires in 205/55-15 though.
You would need a new set of 15" wheels for those though, here's a list of wheels we have for your car.

I had Toyo T1 Sports on my 07 fa5 si and the grip was great for daily driving on dry, wet or dusty roads. I was running a 225/40R17 with Enkei Rpf 1's at 17x9. I've been looking for a set of sticky summer tires for my 99 GSR with Enkei 92's sized at 15x7 also. I just might go back to the Toyo's tbh. Price was very reasonable, well below most everything else I found in the same category. If I remember correctly they were $135 each, 15" will run about $20-$30 less per tire. Stepping up to a 15" may be the best option for you, as mentioned by toyomatt84 14" are few and far between for perfomance tires. Good luck with the search.
