Hi there fellow Honda-tech members, my parents jus bought me an ej6 and I have jus started to build myself a clean simple Honda. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out if a fitment of 15x7 or 16x7 with +25 offset would fit in my fender well. I don't really know much yet, so I figured someone who has way more experience than me could help me. And if there are other things that I should know also, that would be cool if yu gave me the heads up. I would really appreciate the help, thank yu.

 

They will be very close to the outer sheet metal, but they'll fit for the most part. If you get the fenders and quarter panels rolled, you won't have issues with rubbing. (I'm referring to either wheel size, as they'll have much the same clearance.)

As for tire sizes, you've got quite a few options for either size wheel.

 

Hey there Matt, thanks for replying. So yu say I only have a few options for tire sizes, what do yu think they would be? Do I have to stretch my tires or can I fit a strait wall?

 

205/50-15 or 205/45-16 is my recommendation.

 

No, I said you have quite a few options for tire sizes. Check out a tire size calculator to see what all is out there for tire sizes you can use.

 

We' d recommend ET35 to 40, so as Matt mentioned you should expect some fender lip work to minimize rubbing. 205/45R16 is a safe bet, 195/50R16 is a little safer given the lower offset.
