I'm new to the Honda world. I am a Muscle car guy who enjoys the tuners. I've recently installed the Skunk2 lowering springs on my 95 civic sedan. I'm running 14" mags right now with manufacturer recommended tire size. I'd like to run a bigger wheel with less rubber if possible. Right now a bit of the front tire is tucked. Any recommendations on what will look nice with this setup? I don't want to have to add camber in the front or rear. Although I can if need be. Thanks in advance!

Is this more of a sizing question, or an opinion on what "looks cool"? Because the latter would make me suggest you to do some image searching and find out what you like, and come back for any information regarding sizing to meet that request.

Did the previous owner paint the car? Because the lip guard was painted over.

Well, best of luck with it. Hopefully they didn't cover up any rust mysteries with that failed paint job.
