Default +32 offset : do i need extended studs?

I recently bought a set of rims that have a +32 offset for my 95 Del Sol. I test fitted it and put the lug nuts on.

the lugs only screw in about 2-3 full turns...

is that enough?

2-3 turns is not enough.. youll want at least 5-6 turns. however i know of others on this bored running a lower offset and i dont believe they have extended studs

I'm running 15X7 wheels with a +31 offset currently on my DA, and I am using the OEM studs.
However, it does seem strange that on your +32 wheel that the lugs can only turn 2-3 times. What kind of wheel is it?

I'm going on a whim, but make sure the wheel fits onto the hub correctly...2-3 turns doesn't seem right at all. Maybe the hub/wheel aren't seating? *shrug*

The wheels that I have do stick out further than OEM, but so far with about 5K miles on them, I have had no rubbing issues. And no, the wheels are not like what the OP said, having only 2-3 turns with the lugs. The tires that I currently have on them are Yokohama AVS ES100s in 195/55/15.
