215/45-17 is morbidly undersized for the Ridgeline and would be unsafe to mount, and any installer that would install those on a Ridgeline should not be installing tires on anything. That size falls several hundred pounds short *per tire* of safely carrying the load of the vehicle. No matter how good the deal is, it's not worth your safety or the safety of those on the road around you, so please don't use those on your Ridgeline.
The best size for a winter tire for that truck is a 235/70-17. They are a bit narrower and a bit taller than your OEM 245/65-17, which will help you out with snow traction!
