14" rims
Hello,
I drive an 1992 Honda Hatckback.
Due to the fact that in my country the safety officers education concerning rims sizes is 100 years back, the only rims that I am allowed to have on my car are 13 or 14 " size. The tire size is also regulated, 175/70R13 for 13" and 185/60/R14 for the 14".
1. Can you please post pics of your cars if you guys have 14" or 13" rims?
2. What is the factory offset for the 14" steelis?
3. How do I remove the wheel cover from the steel rims? Do I have to remove the lugs before?
4. I have found some alloy 14" rims with the following dimensions: 4X100, J6, offset 35. Will they be flush with the fender with this offset or they will be like the factory wheels? I have to mention that I plan to buy a HR cupkit suspension so take that into consideration also.
What I am trying to achieve is to have some wheels that are closer to the fenders, not in interior like the factory wheels. The car looks funny with the factory rims. Will I be able to do it with the only 2 choices that I have?
Thank you.

2. 14x5.5 +45
3. Flat head screwdriver, and pop off the hub cap. Depending on which version of hub cap you have, you may need to remove the wheel nuts first.
4. They'll sit slightly further out, but nowhere near flush.
5. You'll need a lower offset wheel to achieve that look on those tire sizes.
