Default +13 offset fitment question

Anyone know if a DA can run a +13 offset rim without rolling fenders? Rim size is 14x6 with 195/60/14 tires. I'm also lowered about 2.7 inches with about -2 camber.

If no one knows the answer for the DA, how bout for like a Civic... thanks in advance.

14x6 +13? Yeah, that should fit without a problem, especially with -2 degrees of camber.
