Default y pipe...does it exist?

well i have heard of the mechanism that when you press a button like a flange opens and you can run open header or out of the down pipe...now im asking this cause when i turbo my car i wanna run stock exhaust and have this for when i race...does anyone know who makes it or if it exist, or can anyone fab it up?

You are looking for an exhaust "cut out".
