ok i bough a mig-100 flux wire welder
but im having a real tough time getting it to work.
i feed the wire through but its not coming out.
anyone have a step by step cause the instruction
in the manual are the shortest ever.

Is the wire spinning when you press the trigger, the wire might be to tight or to loose on there.

ok rechecked it and the wire moves the opposite way, intead of feeding to the torch it goes back to the wire loom. is the welder mess up or am i doing something seriously wrong?
does the spool actually spin or are there 2 clamped round dies that spin, with the wire going through them?

If the wire is getting pushed back onto the spool your two trigger wires are on the opposite connections.
reverse polarity sucks donkey nuts.
from my post above, if the actual spool is spinning (meaning the spline in the middle turns the spool) then i hope you have the good sense to turn the spool upside-down

ok thankz i will check that,hope thats the problem, i need to get this thing working my muffler is just too loud cause of a little hole it has.

yep it was reverse. thank you guys
now any tips on trying to weld, it seems hard as hell when i tried it.

Practice practice practice, then when your tired, force yourself to practice some more... jk never weld when tired
