Default welding question

okay so i had run into a little problem when taking out my motor. I have a 92 civic HB by the way. anyway i was taking out the passanger side torqe mount and the nut thats welded on the inside of the frame rail that you can't get to came apart from the welds and the bolt was just spinning. i had cut the bolt to get it out. I had come up with a plan to weld a nut with a shoulder on it to the outside of the frame rail that way i can still bolt up my mount. Now i don't know crap about welding anything. was just wondering if there is a certain type of metal i should use for the bolt for welding it to the frame.

If anyone has run into the problem that i am having right now please post what you did to fix it or feel free to post some ideas for fixing it.

Thanks

sorry if someone has posted something on this all ready, i couldn't find much on searching this.

I'm in MD. Not sure where Chester is though. Take a pic so we can better see your problem. I could help if you want.
