simple curiosity question
how do u do a rhd conversion? does this invovle cutting and welding of the front end. or can it simply be done by replacing and rearranging the different components.
If you are not a fabricator do not even attempt to do this, I say that because if you were a fabricator you wouldn't even ask that question.
It's a ton more work than just rewiring your engine harness.

the answer to your question is, the firewall and pretty much whole front clip gets cut off and a new clip welded on. then comes the rewiring and part swapping
ill try not to be a dick cuz u said u were just curious, and not actually planning on doing it.

There are a few different ways to do a rhd conversion. Buy a rhd clip and do a firewall swap, seems to be the way most people are doing them. I know Jack (B18CXr) did his swap a bit different, but I got to see it/ ride in it and it was solid. He jigged the chassis from the inside and then cut the car in half. Then he reversed the process to put it back together with the rhd clip. It was well done.
