Default Rust Holes

I recently bought a 1990 CRX Si, and i have a problem with some rust. the previous owner cut a square out of the d/s dor panel, about 3inchx3inch, should i weld a new piece in or use foam to fill it or just buy a new/used door?

Then for the other rust places, would you all suggest that I sand a bondo the rust areas, or cut them out and fill them in with new pieces of metal?

thanks.

weld on sheet metal will work. fine. just kind of difficult if the part has curves and forms.

i dont know about the foam stuff tho. but the best choice would to get new doors.

yeah i would dfinetly just cut and weld... if its the rear quarter panels then just buy a new panel for it.. but for the small spots on the drivers side i would definetly just cut and weld... you never just want to bondo over it.. it doesnt fix anything it just gets worse..

what do you all suggest about using that stuff that turns the rust into metal.. or whatever it does, compared to sanding down to bare metal and going from there?
