Default Rotors

Just out of curiousity has anyone ever made a program to drill and slot their rotors on their own? I always thought about it when I'm using the CNC mill. I just thought of buying basic rotors, drill and slot them on the CNC machine, then use a brake lathe the make the surface smooth of burrs again. Just a thought fill me in on your thoughts, and if anyone else has tried it.

If you have the tooling and experience I don't see why this would be a problem. There are a good number of arguments over slotted/drilled/blank and what is best though. I personally just prefer blanks. Cheap and easy to change out when they should be changed.
