Beautiful! I'm digging the smooth V-band weld, how are you achieving this?

The butt welds are all autogenous pulse, with all fillets being old-school steady amps with dipping.

At the top of this page (17 for me). You mentioned you try to avoid pipe manifolds.
Just curious why that is.

Just not something I enjoy. I liken it to eating your cereal with a weeding spade. It's overkill.
The right materials are available, and the thicker manifolds are more work for no real reason.
I also think that companies like Full-Race are doing a good job, (as are many others) so I leave it to them to cover most applications while I do what I like best. I prefer to work in niches. It's more rewarding mentally and financially.
Hope that answers your question.

Respect for that! If anything can pull off magical straight piped-ness, it's a Ferrari. Their tone is just amazing.

Not something I'll ever have to concern myself with though...

It certainly answers it. I had never seen you build one so I had to ask.
And I think your mentality towards them pays off in your favor.

Camaro Exhaust is done. Sounds great. Went with a little bit of a different quad-tip look.

Your work is truly something to aspire to. Looks great and I LOVE process piping clamps, use them on my own stuff whenever I can.

wasn't the stock exhaust a total pita?
We put a set of american racing headers and a full corsa system on an ss for a friend, all I remember is i mostly spoke in expletives the whole time. Those cars arent much fun to work on

Is this a balance tube, or is this just for exhaust hangers?

That tube is just a cleaner and stronger way to hang the exhaust, yes.
As for working on these cars, it's all relative.
Compared to my RSX where I can swap a header in less than 1 hour, sure, it's not great. Compared to the new 5.0L mustang, or the GT500's, it's much easier. I had to cut the stock exhaust off to get it off because of my 4-post hoist, but it took like 20 mins.
It rattled anyway, so was garbage!!

What clamps are those? Just hand tighten them or is there a trick I'm not seeing?

Love the exhaust tips, going to remember that for my future NSX build.

I give them a little oomph with a set of pliers, but yeah, simple.

Here is a short vid.
