Here are few pics of what I did on a CRX build. Keep in mind that this is a race only car and probably would not do the job on a DD.
The core is basically a modified CRX aluminum radiator I picked up from Ebay. I just chopped it down to size and welded some pieces on to make it work the way I needed. The radiator has no filler. If you look closely in the first pic you will see that I made a remote mounted filler near the shock tower.
When it was all finished I was able to mount the factory bumper without any modifications.

I build them for K Swaps also (inlets and oulets on the drivers side). Basicly tell me what you want I make it happen, -AN fittings, inline filler locations, on the radiator filler location, on the inlet housing to the motor filler location. I do custom fab work, so you get it however you order it. PM me for pricing and details.
