it looks like your weld spacing is too far apart. other than that it looks good.

I'm not sure which you mean, but I can't imagine more than a couple of minutes

Your spacing is too far apart. You're not rocking the pedal... you're starting and stopping every time. Learn how to rock the pedal.

why not just learn to weld normally, so you can weld other things not just turbo manifolds.

plus i have never seen a person "need" to pulse while welding thick sch 10. wasn't that made for thin material?

plus it looks silly half the time

Never heard this technique. Not trying to be an ***. I would give this a shot but I don't use a pedal.

& to the op. The fab work looks great man! Looks like fun too.

Ye i guess, I don't use it on a manifold apart from welding the tags on (1mm thick), just use the pedal.

I rock the pedal and use thick filler, could space closer but you tend to add more heat, inside of the collectors I stop and start, but this is only done for flow/cosmestic's.

I really like the fact that your welds have color. Not just to look pretty, but as an indicator to the gas coverage throughout the weld. Very even. As for the spacing...well, you already heard enough. I learned that the closer the spacing, the stronger the weld due to the material building up evenly and not in a waves. Let's see some more.
