Default Plastic welding?

I want to do some work on a spare bumer i have. I would like to fill in the reclector holes and fix soem other stuff. I was going to use some bumper repair epoxy stuff, but i saw someone in this forum taling about plastic welding awhile ago. I was wondering if it is expensive to get all the stuff and how hard is it to use?

Just use the urethane putty. Plastic welding is for hard plastics.

Yeah, it's a putty epoxy, comes in two tubes, and cost like $15 for the kit? It sets up just like the urethane bumper and bonds and flexes as you would expect it to.
