Default Mandrel Bend?

I am looking for a bend and having a really difficult time finding the size I need to make a CAI. I would prefer to use something afordable material wise as this is a budget solution. I need a 2.5OD 180* bend on a 5" radius. The problem is finding the leg length of at least 18 inches. If anybody has any ideas where i could get this bend it would be much appreciated. I already tried most of the places in the materials sticky and google to no avail.

I could easily do this but If I do It wont look as clean as all I have right now is a MIG. I am planning on simply cutting the sections i need out of the Ubend and using couplers and clamps I have already so it will look a bit nicer.

You could cut and mark everything and have a local shop tig it easily enough.
