Default Making custom downpipe, need some help

I am making a custom 2.5" downpipe for my other project, and I have run into a bit of a problem.

I only have about 4 1/2" of clearance to make a 90* bend. This might sound like it isnt a problem, but most companies make their bends so they would fit in an area of about 5"

I need to find a tighter radius 304 stainless mandrel bend in a 2.5" diameter.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a site that sells these??

Thanks!!

I've used 2.5" bends w/ a 3.75" centerline radius for revhard/inlinepro manifolds.....but if you need tighter bends, i'd go with a donut from RRE.http://www.roadraceengineering.com/mandrelbends.htm

where did you get the bends with the 3.75" center line radius, that sounds like it would be perfect for what I am doing.

Thanks for the fast reply!!
